This time I was one of about 30 in a Microsoft Teams group sesh. (Why they still have these via virtual courtrooms well after Covid is beyond me.) Many got immediately dismissed by having no party or no plaintiff present. I wasn't so lucky, of course. So the case goes on. This one, BTW, in case you're keeping record, is Portfolio Recovery Associates who bought the old Walmart/Synchrony account. Nine grand and change. We've already played our game of thrones on this last year but, as you may recall, the attorney died so I guess I got lost in the shuffle. Not any more. Isn't it great to be "found?" Next step will be that form where I declare my worldly assets. Like BofA before, they should soon get the hint that they aren't gonna get blood from a rock. But they may well try. These guys are well noted for the games they play. Well, we'll see. Let the games drag on...
