You're A Shill, Harry!

Welp, I saw on the Reddit HPPuzzlesAndSpells forum for months now that it's been coming down to players in a slow roll, but I finally got it. My favorite phone game (well, really, my ONLY phone game) Harry Potter: Puzzles and Spells, put out by the EA-equivalent of the phone game universe, Zynga, has slapped an obnoxious banner ad on the top of the main play screen in the game.

One of the main reasons, among several, that I hate phones is the fact that they expose the user to unrelenting marketing. On this device I'm using right now, my trusty desktop computer of course, I have redundant ad-blocking software protection within this browser to thwart the new-gen Madison Avenue set from their dastardly attempts to infiltrate and invade my digital safe space. Not so on my phones and I'm not sure how available such defenses are what with things like this game being generated on an app, not within the phone's browser application.

So, despite the fact that I'd grown to really like this game, and I have two long-running accounts on two of my phones, and have been playing since, well, this post, over three years ago...it's time to say Avada Kedavra!

Homey don't play that.
