Yea. So this dude drives from Cali to DC with this in the back of his truck. His Insta says shit like "I'm gonna drive this fucker to Washington... going after officials making decisions... getting us involved in... forever wars." Apparently he built it himself and, I guess, it's fully functional. But I freakin' love where he claims that he intends to use it for "self-defense." How can you use a guillotine as a self-defense weapon? Someone comes at you with a knife, you kick it out of their hand, tie them up and kneel them into the head cradle part while they scream and struggle, then -- whoosh!
