Check out this clip from Canadian News... I definitely qualify and I'm sure I could prove it. My only question is, would this restrict new American immigrants to settle only back to their ancestral roots in Quebec or could they go anywhere in Canada? Victoria, BC looks nice to me, just sayin', with an artsy, nature-loving Pacific Northwest vibe, predominant English-speaking pop and milder winters. Either way, it'd be nice to leave this mess, if you know what I mean.
