Check out this video, supposedly of a fantastic opening parade at this year's Venice Carnivale. Looks stunning! But look closer. Yup, you'll notice tell tale signs of AI slop. The gondolas don't float "right" and many are way too overloaded with artworks that would never pass under the bridges. The number of them, the opulence, the precision, the shear volume of the participants, the cost would be prohibitive if real. And the spectators are all filming with their phones in portrait mode. All of them, not one landscape. Several commentors point out the deception yet so many are fooled. Soon the technology will get so good, we really won't be able to tell what's real and what's fake anymore. It's like the whole world will soon be like the participants in this imaginary floating parade, wearing masks.
