Finally, after what I'd say has been probably one of the coldest winters I've experienced in all my years here in Florida, I'm getting a bit of relief this week and into this weekend...
Unfortunately, as you can see from the forecast map above, that won't be the case for much of the rest of the US. Sorry guys.
Not to rub it in, but here's my local forecast:
Yeah, especially Sunday, with that 88° high. But the nighttime lows are still a bit chilly, dropping into the upper 50s/lower 60s. Then Monday, back to "normal" mild daytime temps and cold night. Ugh. Well, of course it couldn't last forever...it's still only January.
It is, by the way, a refreshing change of pace to hear the phrase "Sorry America" in regards to bad weather rather than the usual shitshow state of affairs these days going on though, so there's that.
