Ozempic T-Day Dinner

 


Yesterday I had Mom's-style pork chops and rice and I was still full from that so I chose a lighter Thanksgiving dinner option of homemade chicken soup (Chicken, celery, carrots, herbs -- no starches like rice or noodles). The small plates contain the sides: baked green bean casserole and my candied carrots with raisins, and dessert: pecan pie. Due to the "O" I had to eat this all in stages throughout the day. Not diet food at all, especially the sides and the dessert, but compared to what many people have today, not too bad.
