Zohran Mamdani, the Socialist Democratic candidate for Mayor of New York City, has won, perhaps signaling a shift to the left in the nation at large, if not certainly in our country's largest cities. The venerable "Blue Wave." But of course, to those on the right, especially MAGAs, they may see this as nothing less than an internal revolution with this victory by what they would see as an outright Communist. Trump himself has been quite critical, to say the least, of Mamdani and he'll likely put out some sort of spicy commentary on his social media tonight, I'm sure.
In the meantime though, let's put the new YouTube format to the test. The new ability to have comments streaming on the left while the video is expanded to full screen allows me to now just easily snap screenshots for these LIVE BLOGS to capture the images and the oh-so-zesty comments flowing by live.
