Fortunately I decided to go ahead yesterday morning and buy back (a little bit) into my Alger and Schwab S&P 500 positions in time to benefit from today's birthday gift.
We saw a huge spike in earnings due to Trump's decision to pause his tariffs on most countries (not the filthy Chinese though, they're gonna be pounded) for 90 days. The markets liked this.
Will this upward mobility last? Probably not.
But even though it's just digital money, I feel like I got a sweet birthday gift today. Thanks Wall Street!
Not you, Trump. You caused this turmoil to start with. You're no doubt going to screw more shit up soon enough. You think the Chinese are going to take your shit for very long?
