SNL 50th Anniversary Special

Three and a half hours long (mostly because of the hour's worth total of commercials, I'd guess) but totally worth it! What a show. I watched it live but on Peacock, not NBC, so, apparently, from what reviews I've read, I didn't see some of the better cast-starred commercials, just average run-of-the-mill ones. But, like I said, it was worth it since the show was so good. I liked the whole of it too, even the musical acts. Now, were the newer hip hop selections my "cup of tea" so to speak? No, but I'm game to watch and listen and try and understand...and, I guess it isn't soooo bad. But I'll take Paul Simon and Paul McCartney any day.

I'll link this rundown that encapsulates the segments of the show into what the writer of this article feels were best and worse. I disagree with all his "worse" picks, I thought nothing was bad, and his "best" pick placing priority of Lil Wayne's performance above that of Sir Paul McCartney is just blasphemy.
