Therapy, medication, and isolation from the rest of society. This is the best long-term solution for the treatment of the chronically and dangerously insane. It's the best solution for the safety of the patient and the community at large.
Last night's debate proved once and for all that Donald Trump not only should not be elected president, but should in fact be committed to an institution. An insane asylum if you will. Perhaps the same kind of facility he thinks illegal aliens not only are escaped from but also he mistakenly believes they are seeking in the US since he thinks that the phrase "seeking asylum" means crazy people needing to be locked up.
So get that hypo of Thorazine ready Nurse Ratchet. After he's had his fill of his crazed pet feast frenzy he'll need to be put down. Hopefully he'll have enough of his self-made "billions and billions" which he made out of the "very little" he got from his father to pay for his medical treatments since he admittedly only has a "concept of a plan" to replace Obamacare since "he's not President." But wait, he just said he didn't lose the 2020 election so he thinks he IS the President. Which is it? Oh, I see. That's all part of his symptoms.
