Jimi's been in Cambodia for a couple days now but hasn't left Phnom Penh. His streams are just watching him drink beer after beer at local watering holes and 24 hr. mini marts..
He had a few interesting streams where he's met up with a few expats but they quickly tired of him, likely due to his omnipresent phone camera videoing them and their conversations. The white men here are here for a reason. And that reason seems to be quite sensitive to them. Jimi even admits that a big reason they're here is to have sex with the numerous prostitutes which may or may not be legal age. Yeah, they don't like the camera on them. What's more, they look like there may be other reasons they're in Cambodia like maybe they're into trafficking of one sort or another. Very sketchy looking. One dude even said that he's been on an excursion going from Mexico to Colombia and then here to Cambodia. He even looked a little coked up. Sniff, sniff.
Jimi's also been really laying on the e-begging heavily. Now I have no problem with e-begging, but when it's non-stop and using language to the effect that he threatens to not stream unless he gets donos, even ribbing his many moderators to pitch in, it gets hard to watch.
His latest streams have him bemoaning the fact that he's getting too old for this vagabond lifestyle, complaining that Southeast Asia isn't as friendly and halcyon as it was eight years ago when he was here, and contemplating his life choices, yet again. He's wondering if he should reduce his drinking again. Of course he is since he's been drinking like a fish since this whole expedition started. He thinks that he gets more donos through firesales, which arguably, is true. He's also wondering if he shouldn't just go back to New Mexico and patch up relations with his ex-wife so he can live a more "normal" life.
We've heard all of this time and time again in the past.
Still waiting for Jimi to make good on his promise to go up to Siem Reap so we can view some awesome video of the above pictured Angkor Wat. But that hasn't happened yet. Now he's just tooling about town with his paid tuk-tuk driver, Bong. You can see on Bong's face that he's just humoring Jimi so that Jimi can hand over more and more money. And sadly, Jimi is treating Bong as if he's an old friend but essentially he's just a male escort.
