Our instructor, Tracy, has been absolutely what I expected all along. Super pleasant, always smiling and happy to help, yet able to stay on point and communicate important areas to watch for without any of the negative tactics used by others (looking side eye at you Maxine) she was an absolute breath of fresh air.
As far as servicing on the Arise platform, so far, I really do think, this time, this time it's gonna work.
