It's the LAST 12 Days of Pornmas.
What's Pornmas, you ask? For me it'll be 12 days of frantically trying to copy as much content I can from the vast number of Tumblr sites I have bookmarked for, er, "personal" consumption, so to speak. Yes...my porn stash, ok!
I just found out that the free blogging site has decided to ban all X-rated content on December 17. So, that being in only 12 days, I gotta be clicking fast to save what I can. This site you're on now, Blogger, has banned it for a few years now.
This burns me in my nether regions, almost literally. I never hear of anybody who uses Tumblr for anything other than what I use it for. Yes, I'm sure there are regular blogs on there. In fact, I sometimes accidentally run across one every now and then, but blogging, even the abridged style Tumblr is known for, is not the social media outlet it used to be.
I kinda had a feeling this might happen though. I noticed on a few occasions that some rather questionable content was being posted now and again and that shit sure ruffles peoples feathers. You know what content I'm talking about here. I need not mention it by name.
Plus, according to Variety, it may well be due to the fact that Apple no longer allows Tumblr be distributed through its App Store since said aforementioned stuff started popping up on it. I have no fucking idea how Tumblr makes money but they sure as shit will make even less of it if they can't have an Apple App Store presence. So they think they got to ban it all to save their ass. Funny thing is, I think it'll be their downfall. Without the millions of people like me logging on or holding an account on there, who the fuck will?
So, let today's day of mourning encompass not only our former president but also my sad, sad fap life.
