I got my stuff together and moved all my shit out of the Lake Mary house by Feb. 21 but not before I got a note on my windshield:

But it's all water under the bridge now.
The new place is great. Makes me wonder why I endured places like the Lake Mary house for years when other great situations like this were out there.
I'll post pictures of the new place soon. It's almost complete, just needs the bed I ordered from Macy's, a love seat/futon for the living room area and a couple of bar stools.
