As you know, I was (and still am) a huge fan of Andy Warhol while I was studying art in the 80's. My best friend Linda had heard that there was a showing of some new Andy Warhol works at the Newport Art Museum. We drove down to Newport and saw the originals hanging on the walls. In the gift shop I bought a book detailing the collection. It's a cardboard book comprised of cardboard pages, as if it was a children's book, you know?
This is one of the longest held possessions I own. I bought it at the Newport Museum of Art, Newport, Rhode Island in 1984.
Now 24 years later, well preserved, I bring forth my own little slice of Andy, for you to enjoy.
Highest bid I saw so far was $90...it has to get a lot higher than that! This is rare folks!
